Winery and wine cellars
The history of Chateau Melnik winery dates back to the 14th century. You can choose from a wide range of wines, there is also a tour of the cellars and a guided tasting.
Chateau patisserie
There is not a better and sweeter ending of your visit then with the desserts from our Chateau patisserie. Not only are all our desserts made with love, but the traditional permanent range is regularly sweetened up by something new.
Chateau restaurant
Pleasant place for sit-down with a view of the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers. While indoor restaurant offers excellent food all year round, the open-air terrace will be a great choice to enjoy our food and wines during warm days.

Every year the traditional Summer Stage of the Chateau Melnik attracts a lot of visitors to enjoy authentic performances of leading Czech artists, theatre groups or musical ensembles or bands. During the year there are also other event organised within the Chateau Mělník, so you can always look forward to a pleasant surprise when visiting the chateau.
